The platform is very convenient and easy to use. Transport offers are generated very quickly (around 5 seconds), and in most cases both the quoted prices and delivery times are accurate, with only minor exceptions.
One thing I occasionally miss is a faster status update in the system regarding my order, especially confirmation whether the pickup was successful or not. Usually this information appears by the next day at the latest, but a quicker update would provide more clarity.
It would also be great if the shipping label could be generated automatically immediately after confirming the order.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and enjoy using it. 🙂

The only suggestion I have at the moment is that it would be a total game changer for me if the pack labels were available at the moment of placing an order and I didn't need to get back to this matter somewhere down the line. And making shipping labels available in a size of a label printer would be also a super comfy solution and a time saver.
